Fredericia Marina is located in the beautiful and quiet Mill Bay on the Little Belt overlooking Hannerup Forest. Fredericia was originally founded as a military fortress, and the town center in particular is special - being surrounded by a well-preserved ramparts.

There is a city bus connection from the marina to the center of Fredericia city on weekdays every half hour and on weekends once an hour. The nearest shopping opportunity is Erritsø town square located approximately 1000 meters from the marina to the south.

You can also walk in Denmark's most beautiful natural park, which is the city's ramparts from 1650. The ramp is well preserved and encircles the entire inner city, so you can walk from coast to coast while having a magnificent view of the city and the water. The ramparts and the many bastions testify to a time when a strong line of defense should keep the enemy out.

Every Wednesday and Saturday morning there is square day at Axel Torv in the center of Fredericia, which is visited by many of the local citizens. Definitely worth an experience.

Fredericia borough in 1849 can be seen in the historical miniature village at Vestre Ringvej 98 C. The old streets and houses in the market town can be experienced in the historic Miniby.

The mini city is a fun experience

All streets, houses and courtyards, military buildings and the fort are listed in the 1:10 aspect ratio. It costs 30 kroner for adults and 20 kroner for children in the entrance. It is open every day from 10 am to 6 pm.

Both up to 7 meters in length cost 100 kroner a day. Both between 7-12 meters in length cost 120 kroner a day. Both over 12 meters in length cost 140 kroner a day. Boats over 15 meters in length cost 160 kroner a day. Payment is made using the vending machine at the port office.
