Jegindø Elværk is open during the summer months, and now functions as a museum. The power plant supplied the island with direct current from 1929 and up to 1970, when the island switched to alternating current. Ma has the opportunity to see the old machines and generators still working.

Æ Fywerhus exhibits memories of the island's old fisherman-farmer culture. A culture lost to industrialization. Æ Fywerhus is a well-preserved house from that time, and you can still smell the salt water, tar and fish. Outside the house stands a modern iron sculpture filled with an ancient mythological symbolism.
