Approaches
Bork Harbor can be accessed 24 hours a day, in bright and visible weather. The harbor lighthouses lead in course 124 °. In the period from 1 April to 15 November, the entry channel is marked with green and red barrels with the top designation. There is a speed limit of 3 knots in the port entrance. Ships that stick deep must adhere to the gutter as the water level changes very quickly. The gutter to the harbor is narrow and you have to watch out for wind across the gutter. Largest vessels that can enter the port: length 15 meters, width 4 meters, draft 1.70 meters.

Bork harbor is located at the bottom of Ringkøbing Fjord. Bork Harbor a cozy fishing village with a marina.

On the west side of the harbor there are 2 barbecue places that can be used by guest sailors.

One of Denmark's most exciting bird sanctuaries The tip is located close to the harbor. The tips one of the most important resting places for migratory birds in Denmark. In order not to disturb the birds, the tips are generally closed to the public, but it is possible to enter the area when the birds are not breeding. That is, from March end of September there is access Fridays and Sundays.

Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum stands behind Bork Vikingehavn. At Bork Vikingehavn you can travel 1000 years back in time and meet the Vikings alive. The highlight of the year at Bork Vikingehavn is the Viking market the second weekend in August.

2018: Boats that do not stay overnight in the harbor cost 60 kroner a day. Boats that spend the night in the harbor cost 120 kroner a day. The free port scheme: 56, - / day. Electricity: 2.61 / kWh. It costs 10 kroner to take a bath. Members of the Free Port scheme are free for the first 3 days.
