Kulhuse Havn
Coalhouses harbor is located at the top has Horns Herred in North Zealand. Coal houses are an old town, and this is what the old, well-maintained and charming houses bear witness to. Coal houses are from about 1635.
In the summer, a small car ferry, Columbus, sails between Coal Houses and Sea Warehouse. The ferry leaves from April 1 to September 30, and the trip takes only minutes.
Attractions
The Northern Forest, located north of Jægerspris, offers Denmark's oldest oak trees. The King Oak is about 1500 years old, making it the oldest oak tree in Northern Europe. The Northern Forest also offers the Royal Hunting Pavilion, built by Frederik the 7th in 1857.
Hunter's Castle was built in the Middle Ages and here you can experience, among other things, memorials, exhibitions and a castle park.
The harbor itself contains the remains of an English war hedge.
2018: DKK 100 a day for all sizes in the period April 1 - September 31. Outside this period, a day costs 50 kroner. Free port: 25, - pr. Day. Electricity: 20, - per. Day. Bath costs 5, - per. 3 min. The port officer charges the port fee every day after 5 pm.
