The port can be accessed around the clock. The port entrance is immediately W for the last part of the dugout to the traffic port, which is led by two beacons at 177.7 degrees.

There are bathing facilities, barbecue area, tug and mast crane with capacity to lift boats up to 10 tons. Campsite, restaurant, cottage area and kiosk can be found in the immediate vicinity of the marina. Furthermore, there is a short walking distance via. The beach road to the city center, where there is a nice pedestrian street with good shops.

Lemvig is located at a natural harbor in Lem Vig. The town was first mentioned in 1234, and it is referred to as a privileged market town in 1471. The town served as a transit point on the road to Thy, but was, however, the Middle Ages through a very small town. In the period from approx. By 1100-1825, the Limfjord's western outlet was sandy, so all traffic in and out of the Limfjord was to the east.

At Lemvigegnen there are several opportunities to enjoy the good Danish ingredients. Agriculture plays an important role in the area and with the North Sea as a neighbor, there are of course several places where you can eat fish. In the city you will find a number of restaurants and eateries, each with its own distinctive character
