Oddesund harbor can be called at around the clock. The harbor is close to the Oddesund Bridge, which has a passage width of 30 meters and a height of 5 meters. The bridge can be opened to yachtsmen by calling the bridge guard on channel 16 or by phone 97 87 50 55. It is free to open the bridge - it is opened a quarter over and a quarter in every full hour, if there are boats to go under. Note that only 1 boat may pass at a time. If the Oddesund Bridge emits a long tone, it means that passage is forbidden. Strong currents can occur at the bridge and it is recommended to pass for motor.
