Skive Søsportshavn
Skive Søsportshavn is located at the bottom of Skive Fjord, which is part of the Limfjord. The harbor is well sheltered due to Krabbesholm forest. It is about 1.5 kilometers to the center of Skive.
In 2008, Skive Søsportshavn got a new service building with a port office, bath and toilet facilities as well as a kitchen and living room with TV and internet access. In service buildings there are washing machines and dryers, payable with TallyCard, which is drawn into a vending machine, where there is also port money paid. The service building is built with the new Hotel Strandtangen.
There is an A Herreford Beefstouw restaurant right by the harbor where you eat well.
Skive Sailing Club has a home port in Skive Maritime Port.

Skive Ny Kunstmuseum is located on Havnevej 14. Skive Kunstmuseum's collection is wide-ranging and covers art from the mid-1800s to the present day. The museum has changing exhibitions.
Mønsted Lime Mines are the world's largest lime mines. Mines are a Nordic word for mine. In the pits there are more than 60 kilometers of underground. The hallways are available in several levels. Sometimes they are as big as cathedrals and in others a grown man cannot walk upright. All year round there is a temperature of only 8 degrees in the pits. It is therefore a good idea to bring warm clothes. In the pits you can also see a multimedia show that tells about the history of the lime. In the newly renovated limestone work you can see films and exhibitions about the limestone work and the history of limestone quarrying. At the Yard in the south harbor, approx. Diesel fuel 0.5NM south of the harbor, and there is also a boat equipment store
