Approaches
The plain harbor can be accessed around the clock. The entrance to the harbor is marked with a red and green stage with top designation. On the east pier of the harbor a red firelight leads in. There is a speed limit of 3 knots in the harbor basin. Sanding may occur.

The plain harbor is located slightly south of Humlebæk in North Zealand. Helsingør is approximately six nautical miles from the harbor. The harbor is a natural center of the city.

Sletten boat club has a home port in Sletten harbor.

Attractions

The Louisiana Art Museum is located approximately 2 miles from the harbor. Louisiana is an international museum with a significant collection of modern art. The museum has over 3,000 works in the museum's permanent collection, which is one of Scandinavia's largest. The collection is based on the post-1945 era and contains virtually all genres.
