Approaches
Thurøbund harbor can only be called at in daylight. Keep free of the sand pool at Kidholm Flak. The sand pool is marked with a stage with a car tire, and this must be kept on the starboard side. The power changes every 6 hours in Svendborg Sound.

Thurøbund harbor is located in Thurøbund on the island of Thurø. The harbor is also known as Gambøt. The harbor is within walking distance to Thurø City, where you will find shopping opportunities and a restaurant.

Thurø Sailing Club has its home port in Thurøbund Harbor.

Attractions

Thurø Church has a very beautiful mosaic that was installed in 1992. In addition, an arch entrance to the church choir, which is decorated with beautiful angels.

On the path below Thurø church is a large stone called the washing stone. Here the Thuro women washed their clothes at a small spring and slammed the clothes clean against the large flat stone.
